Bell is launching a two-year rotational Internship/Graduate Program designed to expose you to Bell Business Markets and its enterprise technology solutions. You’ll work across AI/ML, Cloud, BI, software development and product management while contributing to real projects that impact customers and operations.

You’ll gain hands-on mentorship from leaders, engage in exclusive events, and build multidisciplinary experience to accelerate your career in a high‑impact role.

Qualifikationen

• Less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internships.

What You'll Do

In this two-year rotational program within Bell Business Markets (BBM), you'll contribute to the design, delivery, and evolution of technology solutions that support Bell's enterprise customers. Through cross‑functional rotations, you'll gain practical experience across both technical and business domains while developing a broad understanding of BBM's products, services, and operations.

• Complete rotations across areas such as AI/ML, Cloud, Business Intelligence, Software Development, Product Management, and related functions.
• Support the development and delivery of enterprise technology solutions, products, and services.
• Analyze data and business requirements to identify insights, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Contribute to transformational initiatives that advance customer experience, operational performance, and business growth.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Apply Agile ways of working to support project execution, product delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with leaders, mentors, and industry experts across Bell.

Education & Eligibility

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) or business-related field OR a college/CEGEP diploma or post‑grad certificate completed before the program start date and no earlier than three years before your application date.
• You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences.

Core Capabilities & Technical Skills

• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to solve business and technical problems.
• Customer‑focused mindset with an interest in creating impactful B2B technology solutions.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or professional experiences.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and succeed in rotational and cross‑functional settings.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of data technologies and analytics tools, including SQL, Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, Tableau, Python, or similar platforms.
• Foundational experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and an understanding of AI/ML concepts, models, and frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development principles, programming, DevOps practices, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile product or project delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira or Kanban.
• Systems thinking and business acumen, with the ability to connect technology solutions to customer and business outcomes.
