Job summary

Ethos in Canada is seeking an Assembly/Machine Building Technician for first shift to build custom, made-to-order machines per drawings. You will work from prints or verbal instructions with strong safety, cleanliness, and attention to detail in a low-volume environment.

The role requires reading blueprints, basic hydraulic knowledge, and wiring basics; use of wrenches, air tools, overhead cranes, and lifting may be involved to assemble components and complete machines from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High School Degree is required.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Builds custom, made-to-order machines per drawings.
• Works from prints, sketches, or verbal instructions.
• Maintains safety and keeps the work area clean and organized.
• Completes the machine from start to finish in a low-volume environment.
