Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior Welder for 1st shift in Canada. You will weld large and small weldments, lay out parts, read prints, and pass a weld test to ensure acceptance against blueprint requirements. The role requires producing parts on schedule while maintaining safety and quality.

You will work with measuring equipment such as calipers, squares, and tape measures, and you may operate overhead cranes and other tooling. 2+ years of welding and fabrication in manufacturing are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years welding in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Proficient in measuring fractions and decimals.
• Measuring tools: calipers, tape measure, squares.
• 2+ years welding and fabrication experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and lay out parts.
• Weld and fabricate as needed to meet production schedule.
• Produce parts per blueprint requirements.
• Operate overhead cranes and hand tools as required.
