Bath Depot is seeking an Assistant Manager for our St-James location in Winnipeg. You will lead daily store operations, coach a small team, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires at least 2–3 years in sales and customer service, plus a high school diploma or college diploma.

Daily Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Respond to customer needs with personalized service and expert advice
• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
• Ensure effective and attractive merchandising
• Provide internal training to team members
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college or professional diploma is an asset
• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, or relevant experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and decision-making skills
• Proven skills in management, organization, and communication
• Customer-oriented with solid sales and advisory abilities
