Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Manager of Human Resources, The Human Resources Officer will be part of a team responsible for delivering a variety of Human Resource services and tasks including: recruitment, retention, new employee orientation, training, health & safety, benefits administration, payroll, data entry, collective agreement and policies compliance as well as additional administrative functions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is required
  • Two or more years in human resources and/or business administration
    Experience with a Human Resources Information System preferably Sage HRIS and ADP
  • Ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Manager of Human in relation to service requirements
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
  • Must complete a criminal records check
