Parkland in Burnaby is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to integrate Burnaby Terminal operations with various teams to ensure Safe and Reliable Operations. You will coach and develop Terminal staff, manage OPEX, and participate in safety program improvements, audits, and incident response while coordinating with customers, stakeholders and regulators as needed.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, 10+ years in an industrial setting, and a strong track record in emergency response

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• 10+ years experience in an industrial setting.
• 5+ years experience in emergency response.
• Experience working with Customers, Stakeholders, industry partners.
• Ability to follow written instructions and job guidelines.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and follow up on assignments.
• Experience in writing and implementing processes and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Abides by safety procedures and SH&E principles.
• Ensures operations comply with Parkland standards and regulations.
• Coaches, develops, and appraises terminal staff.
• Supervises operations, assigns operators, and prioritizes tasks.
• Maintains facilities and reviews procedures for improvements.
• Manages OPEX budget and supports CAPEX planning.
• Provides input for project planning and execution.
• Performs incident management and emergency response duties.
