Job summary

Pacific Aviation in Canada is seeking a bright, ambitious Supervisor of Terminal Operations to lead a team of Wheelchair Attendants and deliver exceptional service to passengers. You will manage frontline staff, monitor flight actions, and ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed.

You will need at least six months of passenger and customer service experience, plus leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months in Passenger and Customer Service experience.
• Previous Supervisor or Leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• A warm and welcoming personality and exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be a strong team player.
