Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel and crew during 12-hour rotating shifts at Burnaby/Westridge Terminal.
• Oversee cargo transfer safety and compliance with regulations.
• Assess vessel suitability and advise access by ISLMS standards.
• Coordinate with parties during vessel port calls for safe operations.
• Maintain ISLMS forms and event logs, including delays and instructions.
