Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Change Management professional in Toronto to lead healthcare change initiatives, guiding strategy, stakeholder engagement and adoption across projects.

You will develop communications plans, training plans and sponsor roadmaps, align activities with program goals, and measure outcomes throughout the lifecycle.

Strong consulting skills, excellent facilitation and the ability to work with diverse teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the change management process, and applying change management best practices to support the project or initiative

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise, consultative advice, guidance of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

• Support senior leadership by developing strategies to foster consensus among clients/partners and stakeholders to adapt to changes to align with the Ministry’s modernization strategy
• Identify potential people side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop plans to mitigate or address concerns
• Provide strategies methodologies and tools to measure outcomes and success of change implementation and adoption. Develop plans for continuous improvement based on assessment of change success throughout the project life cycle.
