Job summary

Cineplex in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager / Cast Member to lead a team and ensure an exceptional guest experience during busy periods.

You will help manage the theatre's budget, drive revenue, and forecast actions to push the business forward while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• You have experience in a similar environment.
• You can analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
• You have demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
• You have strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
• You have schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.

Part-Time Assistant Manager / Cast Member

Pay Rate: 19.95$ per hour

Cineplex's Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
