Niagara Health is seeking a temporary full-time Infection Control Practitioner (ICP), working 1.0 FTE across multiple sites, Monday to Friday. The ICP will lead hands-on IPAC practice design, implementation, and evaluation to protect patients and staff, aligning with best practice standards and guidelines.

Reporting to the Regional Manager of Infection Prevention and Control, the Infection Control Practitioner (ICP) will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with the mission, vision and goals of Infection Prevention and Control program for Niagara Health.
As a key member of our Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) team, The ICP, will be a change agent responsible for the hands‑on design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence‑based IPAC practices. This role requires an individual with demonstrated expertise and a passion for protecting our patients and staff through proactive, data‑driven strategies and education; in alignment with best practice standards and guidelines.
