The Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting
- Salesforce Administrator certification plus at least two of the following:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Deep understanding of complex data models and scalable automation
- Hands-on experience with client workshops, PoCs, and effort estimations
- Proficiency in advanced reporting with Tableau and/or Einstein Analytics
What You Will Do
- Design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions aligned with client goals
- Lead agile project teams and guide sprint planning sessions
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure best practices
- Optimize Salesforce setups through advanced flows and integrations
- Conduct data migrations with a strong focus on data integrity
- Collaborate with clients on business process mapping and issue resolution
