Uma empresa de consultoria em TI está em busca de um Gerente de Projetos Sênior focado em Governança e Novas Demandas. O profissional será responsável por gerenciar as novas demandas de negócios e iniciativas de melhoria contínua, alinhando-se aos objetivos de negócios e à estratégia de TI. É necessária fluência em inglês e forte conhecimento de frameworks de governança de TI, como ITIL e COBIT, com experiência em metodologias de gestão de projetos. O trabalho será híbrido, com remuneração em PJ.
Mastery Consulting, com mais de 30 anos de experiência no mercado de soluções e serviços especializados em TI, está em busca de um Gerente de Projetos Sênior focado em Governança e Novas Demandas para atuar em um de nossos clientes globais.
Modalidade híbrida (1 a 2 vezes presencial por semana - região Vale do Paraíba, São Paulo)
Duração mínima de 6 meses, possibilidade de contratação definitiva pelo cliente

The Governance & New Demands Lead will be responsible for managing new business demands and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring structured prioritization, alignment with stakeholders, and seamless integration into the existing landscape.
This position requires a strategic mindset to balance operational governance with business agility, guaranteeing that all new implementations and improvements follow best practices and do not introduce risks into the environment.
New Demand Management : Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
Continuous Improvement : Drive enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools, working with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery.
Service Introduction & Handover to Operations : Ensure smooth transitions from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams to establish proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a bridge between IT and business, ensuring that requirements are well understood and implemented in a structured manner.
Process Standardization : Establish and enforce standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions.
Performance & Reporting : Track and report on the efficiency of governance and demand management processes, providing insights to leadership for continuous refinement.
Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance.
Vendor Coordination : Collaborate with external partners to ensure governance best practices are followed in outsourced services.
Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, DevOps).
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt, Scrum.
Knowledge of SAP landscapes, especially SAP Central Finance and SAP PaPM.
Experience with project management and change management methodologies.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools for tracking demand and governance performance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams.
Negotiation and facilitation skills to align multiple stakeholders.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership without technical language (adaptative).
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently.
