- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry into online platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with farmers and stakeholders
- Understanding of current farming practices and nitrogen application techniques
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to supporting sustainable agricultural practices
