• Analyze and define key processes, identify systemic issues, and propose solutions.
• Lead or support the execution and implementation of process improvements.
• Identify automation and improvement opportunities within the process of the area.
• Document processes for future reference and process optimization.

• 3+ years of experience in operations and process analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical, process‑oriented approach.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Self-driven, proactive, and goal‑oriented personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different departments.
• Advanced level of English.
