Lead the commercial and tactical team in the region. Responsible for the sales growth strategies with focus on growing retail MKT Share. The Sr Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a business relationship with our dealers as well managing and leading all commercial process. The professional will lead a sales and tactical team with the key responsibility of implementing retail process, reach and surpass sales targets in all product segment.
This position is based in Jundiai/Brazil and the work format is hybrid/remote because this professional will be traveling to attend our dealer network in the field (mostly midwest region of Brazil).
