Position Overview: The role involves coordinating and supervising financial units, benefits, student financing, costs, accounts payable and receivable, treasury, assets, warehouse, and purchasing, promoting integration, standardization, and synergy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead annual financial and budget planning aligned with the foundation's guidelines and university strategic goals.
2. Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure liquidity and sustainability.
3. Supervise the proper use of resources allocated to scholarship, financing, and student benefit programs.
4. Ensure bank account reconciliation, transaction verification, and accuracy of financial and accounting data.
5. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring punctuality, accuracy, and compliance.
6. Manage and safeguard the integrity of the university's assets.
7. Develop and update administrative and financial policies to ensure operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal and external standards.
8. Develop, monitor, and analyze financial indicators, consolidating managerial reports and strategic dashboards for senior management decision-making.
9. Conduct negotiations with banks, suppliers, service providers, and financial partners.
10. Support internal and external audits, responding promptly to recommendations and legal requirements.
11. Assist strategic decisions regarding institutional expansion, infrastructure investments, and structural adjustments in the financial model.
12. Implement continuous improvements in processes, systems, and routines, aiming for digitization, integration, and operational excellence.
13. Perform other related activities as directed by senior management.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate or Master's degree in Finance, Controllership, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years in leadership positions within the financial area, preferably in educational institutions or large organizations.
