We are looking for a Analista de Sistema Labware to work at Rua Vigário Taques Bittencourt no 63, São Paulo/SP, SÃO PAULO ********* BRA.

Your mission will be:

• Prestar suporte técnico e funcional de 1o e 2o nível aos usuários do sistema Labware v8.
• Manter contato direto (on-line) com o time Global Nutria para Projetos e Suporte nível 2 e 3.
• Monitorar e solucionar incidentes, problemas e solicitações no sistema, garantindo cumprimento de SLA.
• Realizar análise de logs, troubleshooting e correções de erros no ambiente.
• Apoiar na configuração, parametrização e manutenção de módulos do Labware v8.
• Documentar processos, incidentes e soluções, mantendo base de conhecimento atualizada.
• Atuar em conjunto com equipes de TI, Qualidade e áreas de negócio para melhorias contínuas.
• Suportar atividades de validação e auditorias relacionadas ao sistema (compliance GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO, entre outras).
• Acompanhar atualizações, patches e upgrades da plataforma.
• Participar de projetos de integração do Labware com outros sistemas corporativos (ERP, SAP, Protheus, etc.).

• Formação Superior completo.
• Ter experiência comprovada em uso ou suporte de Ferramenta LIMS.
• Conhecimento do Pacote Office.
• Ter no mínimo 6 meses de empresa e na função atual.
• Inglês avançado (desejável espanhol).
