Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Trainee Recruiter to join our global, fully remote team. This entry point role teaches fundamentals of recruitment and sourcing while supporting experienced recruiters through the full hiring cycle.

You will gain exposure to posting roles, sourcing candidates, resume screening, interview coordination, and ATS record-keeping in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field, or pursuing one.
• Interest in recruitment and people-focused roles.
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings across boards and career platforms.
• Support candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and tools to build pipelines.
• Review applications and assist in initial resume screening under guidance.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and keep data up to date.
• Participate in meetings and recruitment trainings to grow skills.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in posting job openings across job boards and career platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Support candidate sourcing efforts using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
• Review incoming applications and assist in initial resume screening under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Help coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions to develop your skills and understanding of the hiring process.
