Taylor Strategy Partners seeks an experienced WorkForce Software Consultant to support projects for Brazilian clients. You will implement and optimize WFS solutions, gather requirements, and translate them into configurations.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with certifications PT101/PT102. The role offers opportunities to work on international projects in a collaborative environment and enhances career growth.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and support WorkForce Software solutions for Brazilian clients.

• Provide best practice recommendations for time and attendance, scheduling, and WFS processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support.
• Prepare documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

We are seeking an experienced WorkForce Software Consultant to join our team and support projects for Brazilian clients. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise in WorkForce Software solutions and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Requirements Responsibilities:

• Implement and support WorkForce Software solutions for clients in Brazil
• Knowlodge in Ordinance 671
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Provide best practice recommendations for time and attendance, scheduling, and workforce management processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
• Prepare documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with WorkForce Software (WFS)
• Fluent English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Required Certifications:

• PT101 PT102

Nice to Have:

• PT103 certification Spanish language skills
