Main Purpose & Responsibilities

As a Workday Integrations Consultant at Kainos, you’ll work as part of a team supporting the successful delivery of integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM system.

You’ll document, implement, deploy, and support integration solutions within a Workday implementation project. You will develop and share expert knowledge of the Workday product and integration platform, as well as HCM/Financials business domain knowledge.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements, ensuring the integration solution is aligned to their needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable. You’ll also mentor junior team members in Workday Integrations.

Minimum (Essential) Requirements

• Proficiency with Workday Studio
• Good understanding of cloud computing, web services, and integration challenges
• Customer focus with experience in client-facing environments
• Consulting skills such as presenting and workshop participation
• Effective communication skills in English
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
• Awareness of Kainos and its business strategy
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within remote teams
• Workload planning and deadline management
• Adherence to standards and confidentiality policies
• Willingness to learn about relevant regulations internationally
• Willingness to travel for on-site client work and collaboration
• Innovative mindset to improve tools and processes

Desirable

• Workday HCM Certification or experience with similar systems
• Proficiency in other middleware/integration platforms
• Experience designing workflows for business and technical solutions
