Careers and Highline Warren is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support picking, scanning, shipping, receiving and returns across the warehouse. You will perform duties in assigned sections while learning multiple areas as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate inventory records, timely order processing and cooperation with supervisors to improve productivity and maintain clean, orderly work areas in a non-climate controlled warehouse.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely pull, process and inspect materials, supplies, tools, fixtures and parts and complete required paperwork.
• Record quantities accurately and maintain the company standard error rate.
• Move materials within the warehouse and assist in other activities as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Read work orders or receive instructions for assignments and transport orders to and from shipping area.

PAY UP TO 22HR New hires may be eligible for a 900 SIGN ONPERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUS DAILY PAY IS AVAILABLE A Warehouse Associate is responsible for their portion of the warehouse functions This role will be accountable for the suitable handling and processing of all orders received in the picking scanning shipping receiving andor returns area Though each associate is assigned to a section of the warehouse all are trained in the various areas and work where needed most as directed by their supervisor

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function Safely pull process and perform inspections of materials supplies tools fixtures and part and complete required paperworkAccurately record quantities selected or shorted maintaining the company standard error rateMove materials within the warehouse and assist in other warehouse activities as directed by Supervisor or ManagerMove freight stock and other materials to and from staging and processing areasRead work orders andor receive verbal instructions for work assignmentsFill and complete order receiptsTransport filled orders to and from shipping areaMaintain good housekeeping and regularly clean work area machines and equipmentIdentify and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs or increase productivity without reducing effectivenessMaintain an open and candid working relationship with immediate supervisormanager in discussing matters of importanceAdhere to established company values practices policies and procedures at all times Follow and support compliance with all applicable safety rules laws regulations and standards and maintain clean and orderly work areaDemonstrate regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work location
