Job Description: Operates a warehouse with inbound and outbound freight shipments processed quickly. Supports business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal groups for international and domestic air and ocean shipments. May arrange climate-controlled transportation, labeling, and shipping through UPS and competitor networks. Provides specialized transport like onboard couriers and crane deliveries as needed. May operate freezer farms and cold rooms. Monitors facility performance to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction. Responsible for daily activities including loading/unloading containers, storing medical units and samples, pulling orders, freight sorting, customer support, facility inspections, and handling employee concerns. Delivers hands-on work, typically related to the core UPS business operations. Follows established processes and procedures to execute work efficiently and safely. Performs manual work that requires skills developed through formal training or work experience. Works within established procedures and guidelines. Completes assigned tasks with a moderate supervision.
