Qualificações

• Experiência: 2+ anos na implementação de aplicações de planejamento da cadeia de suprimentos.
• Educação: Bacharel em ciência da computação, MIS ou área relacionada.
• Idiomas: SQL, MDX, T-SQL ou equivalente; habilidades em estatística, otimização e simulação são desejáveis.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrar amplo conhecimento de melhores práticas da indústria e das soluções o9, arquitetura técnica e proposição de valor.
• Respon­sável pela usabilidade e uptime da solução, resolvendo problemas de clientes com cargas de dados e fluxos end‑to‑end.
• Identificar questões de design na configuração existente e coordenar com outros consultores o9 para resolver o problema de negócio; ser ponto único de contato para upgrades/patches.
• Configurar a plataforma o9 com base em mudanças pós go-live e entregar soluções para problemas profundos de operações/SCM.
• Criar e executar casos de teste de workflow e dados; acompanhar bugs e progresso na resolução.
• Fornecer treinamento a Super Users e End Users para uma base de usuários global.
• Contribuir para melhorias de processos internos e recursos do produto a partir do feedback dos clientes.

Senior Functional Consultant

What you’ll do for us

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9’s solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition
• Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving any customer issues in a timely fashion, ensuring the accuracy of data loads and validating the e2e workflows
• Identify any design issues in the existing setup and coordinate with other o9 consultants to solve the business problem. Be the single point of contact for any platform level upgrade/patch/hotfix
• Configure the o9 platform based on the change requests/enhancements post go-live and deliver them to solve deep operations / supply chain problems
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases. Work on bugs/issues and track progress at resolving issues using support tool
• Support Super User and End User training, for a global user base
• Actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams.

What you’ll have

• Experience: 2+ years of experience with implementing supply chain demand planning applications.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a related field Languages: SQL, MDX, T‑SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.

Characteristics:

• Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain. Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
• Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key.
