A o9 Solutions, Inc. está recrutando um Sr. Functional Consultant para atuar em Foz do Iguaçu, região de Paraná. O profissional irá liderar implementação de soluções de planejamento de cadeia de suprimentos e oferecer suporte a usuários globais com foco em melhoria de processos.

É desejável Bacharel em CI/SI, com 2+ anos de experiência e conhecimento de SQL, MDX e ferramentas de simulação. A vaga oferece ambiente dinâmico, remuneração competitiva e oportunidades de crescimento.

Qualificações

• Experiência: 2+ anos na implementação de aplicações de planejamento de cadeia de suprimentos.
• Educação: Bacharelado em ciência da computação, SI ou área relacionada. Idiomas: SQL, MDX, T-SQL ou similar; habilidades de estatística, otimização e simulação com ferramentas como R, SAS, CPLEX são desejáveis.
• Conhecimentos de conceitos de planejamento: Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning e S&OP.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrar conhecimento de práticas da indústria, processos de negócios e soluções o9; entender arquitetura técnica e proposta de valor.
• Garantir usabilidade e uptime da solução, resolvendo issues, validar cargas de dados e fluxos end-to-end.
• Identificar issues de design e coordenar com outros consultores para resolver problemas de negócio; ser ponto único de contato para upgrades e patches.
• Configurar a plataforma o9 com base em mudanças pós go-live e entregar soluções para problemas de operações/supply chain.
• Criar e executar casos de teste de workflow e dados; acompanhar bugs e progresso de resolução.
• Apoiar treinamento de Super User e End User para base global de usuários.
• Contribuir para melhoria de processos internos e features com feedback do cliente.

Senior Functional Consultant

What you’ll do for us

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9’s solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition
• Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving any customer issues in a timely fashion, ensuring the accuracy of data loads and validating the e2e workflows
• Identify any design issues in the existing setup and coordinate with other o9 consultants to solve the business problem. Be the single point of contact for any platform level upgrade/patch/hotfix
• Configure the o9 platform based on the change requests/enhancements post go-live and deliver them to solve deep operations / supply chain problems
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases. Work on bugs/issues and track progress at resolving issues using support tool
• Support Super User and End User training, for a global user base
• Actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams.

What you’ll have

• Experience: 2+ years of experience with implementing supply chain demand planning applications.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a related field Languages: SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.

Characteristics:

• Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain. Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
• Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key.
