o9 Solutions, Inc. procura um Consultor Funcional Sênior para atuar em Pindamonhangaba, SP, com foco em planejamento de demanda e otimização de cadeias de suprimentos. O candidato ideal possui experiência prática com soluções o9, forte compreensão de processos de negócio e capacidade de conduzir melhorias de sistemas.

Você trabalhará numa equipe global, lidando com cargas de dados, integrações e treinamentos de usuários, contribuindo para entregas de alto impacto nos clientes.

Qualificações

• Experiência de pelo menos 2 anos com implementação de soluções de planejamento de cadeia de suprimentos.
• Conhecimentos de SQL, MDX, T-SQL ou similares; competências estatísticas/otimização são desejáveis.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrar conhecimento de práticas da indústria, processos de negócio, soluções o9, arquitetura técnica e proposta de valor.
• Garantir usabilidade e uptime da solução, resolvendo issues com dados e fluxos end-to-end.
• Identificar problemas de design no setup existente e coordenar com outros consultores.
• Configurar a plataforma o9 com base em requests de mudança e entregar para resolver problemas de operações/suprimentos.
• Criar e executar casos de teste de workflow e dados; acompanhar bugs e progresso de resolução.
• Apoiar treinamento de Super Users e End Users para base global de usuários.
• Contribuir para melhoria de processos internos e features com feedback de clientes.

Senior Functional Consultant

What you’ll do for us

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9’s solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition
• Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving any customer issues in a timely fashion, ensuring the accuracy of data loads and validating the e2e workflows
• Identify any design issues in the existing setup and coordinate with other o9 consultants to solve the business problem. Be the single point of contact for any platform level upgrade/patch/hotfix
• Configure the o9 platform based on the change requests/enhancements post go-live and deliver them to solve deep operations / supply chain problems
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases. Work on bugs/issues and track progress at resolving issues using support tool
• Support Super User and End User training, for a global user base
• Actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams.

What you’ll have

• Experience: 2+ years of experience with implementing supply chain demand planning applications.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a related field Languages: SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.

Characteristics:

• Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain. Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
• Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key.
