Candidate must be willing to relocate to Africa and manage execution from planning through construction, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires deep knowledge of port infrastructure, dredging, quay walls, and stakeholder coordination, with strong leadership and reporting skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in port, marine, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in consultancy and construction/site supervision roles.
• Strong knowledge of port infrastructure, dredging, quay walls, terminals, and marine works.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
