Pump Dynamics seeks an experienced Project Manager – Marine Works willing to relocate to Africa to lead the port and marine infrastructure projects from planning through construction supervision.

You will coordinate consultancy and site supervision teams, ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and manage stakeholders across clients, contractors, and regulators.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in port, marine, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in consultancy and construction/site supervision roles.
• Strong knowledge of port infrastructure, dredging, quay walls, terminals, and marine works.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Marine Works who is willing to relocate to Africa to lead and oversee consultancy and site supervision activities for port and marine infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage project execution from planning through construction supervision, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

This role requires strong technical expertise in port infrastructure, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, and on-site supervision experience.
