Pump Dynamics is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Marine Works who is willing to relocate to Africa to lead consultancy and site supervision for port and marine infrastructure projects. The role oversees execution from planning through construction, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of port infrastructure, dredging, quay walls, terminals, and marine works, with excellent stakeholder coordination and reporting skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in port, marine, or infrastructure projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate port and marine infrastructure projects.
• Supervise consultancy and site supervision teams during project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, HSE compliance, and contract performance.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, method statements, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments.
• Support procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration activities.
• Lead site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues.

The successful candidate will manage project execution from planning through construction supervision, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

This role requires strong technical expertise in port infrastructure, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, and on-site supervision experience.
