SleekFlow is seeking a on-site Customer Success Specialist to educate customers, optimize product setup, and drive fast adoption across email, calls, and chat channels. Collaborate with sales, product, and support to align every customer journey with expected outcomes.

You will create educational content, resolve inquiries, and document interactions to inform product improvements, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and rapid value realization.

• Build evergreen content and resources for customers to use for education and to drive rapid product adoption.
• Be a SleekFlow expert and discuss or educate on any nuance of the product internally and externally.
• Document the details of each interaction to research customer issues and inform product improvements

Prior Experience in SaaS/ Software Industry is preferred

Language: Spanish and business-level fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Educating customers and optimizing their product setup for the quickest path to success.
• Providing materials to help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently.
• Work with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
• Handle incoming enquiries via emails, calls and chats in a professional manner.
• Build evergreen content and resources for customers (and other organizations) to use for education and to drive rapid product adoption.
• Be a SleekFlow expert and discuss or educate on any nuance of the product internally and externally.
• Work continuously to document the details of each interaction in order to easily research customer issues and to inform product improvements

Skills and Qualifications

• Good command of both written and spoken Spanish and English
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in communications, customer service and support, sales, account management, or customer success. Customer success courses / training are good to have.
• Ability to learn, adapt and thrive quickly in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable to engage with a diverse array of customers
• Problem solving and critical thinking with detail oriented
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong customer obsession attitude with evidence of taking independent and appropriate decisions for the customer
• Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Team player with the desire to try new ideas in order to achieve greater levels of success
