On Tap Digital is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support our marketing outreach for US clients. You will craft personalized messages, schedule meetings, download and clean databases, and help with spreadsheets and reporting. This is a full-time, 100% remote role.

We are looking for someone who will help our team with various tasks, has excellent written and spoken English skills, and is attentive to detail and organized.

You will be given various tasks to perform, but your major role is to help us with some marketing activities for our agency and our clients. You will be responsible for crafting and sending personalized outreach messages, working along AI, scheduling meetings, downloading and cleaning databases, working with spreadsheets and reporting and more. Full training is provided.

This is a full-time role Mon-Fri for 40 hours per week with occasional overtime. Work time from 9:30am – 6.00pm New York Time (with a 30-minute break). You will be working with US clients, but you can live outside of the US; therefore, we would like to have someone in our team who knows American Culture and speaks decent English. Experience with appointment setting, understanding a fitness niche and/or having a sales/ business/ marketing background is an advantage. The company may offer growth opportunities depending on performance.

Requirements:

• Strong English skills, a neutral accent, and familiarity with American culture.
• Commitment to working 9:30am – 6.00pm New York Time.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for digital marketing and a hunger to learn.
• Experience in marketing or fitness is a bonus, but not required.
