Bisnis HUB in Itu/SP is seeking a Junior or Mid-level Video Editor for full-time on-site work. You will edit Reels and short-form videos, cut, pace, caption, and deliver content that hooks viewers from the first second.

You will finish content for the founder and groups brands, maintain aesthetic standards, track retention and performance, and iterate quickly. Access to a 200K+ audience across the group and direct contact with the founder will support your growth.

Qualificações

• Experience editing Reels and short-form videos
• Strong sense of pacing and retention for short-form content
• Ability to maintain high aesthetic standards and attention to detail

Content is Bisnis HUB's acquisition engine. You produce the volume and the 11/10 quality that keeps our 200K+ audience growing — cutting, editing and finishing Reels and videos that hook from the first second.

What you'll do

• Edit Reels and short-form videos (cuts, pacing, captions, covers)
• Finish content for the founder and the group's brands
• Keep the aesthetic standard and visual identity (11/10 bar)
• Deliver volume fast, without losing quality
• Track what retains/performs and iterate

What we're looking for

• Command of editing (Premiere, CapCut, After or equivalent)
• Sense of pacing, cutting and retention for short-form
• Sharp aesthetic eye and obsession with detail
• Bonus: motion/design and using AI in editing
• Performance bonus on content
• Access to a 200K+ follower audience across the group
