Vintti is seeking a talented video editor and designer to craft high-performing short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will also create supporting graphics and convert founder VO, testimonials, and product shots into compelling direct-response content.

You'll build hooks, run tests, and iterate variations to boost conversions, collaborating closely with the Content & CRM Director and using AI to accelerate processes.

Qualificações

• Strong video editing skills across Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut.
• Strong graphic design ability with compelling marketing creativity.
• Experience creating marketing assets that drive customer acquisition.
• Professional English and ability to explain creative decisions.

What you'll do

• Edit high-performing short-form video ads (UGC + high-quality) for Meta, TikTok & YouTube
• Design supporting graphic assets that carry the same message
• Turn founder VOs, testimonials, product shots & B-roll into direct-response ads
• Build, test, and iterate hooks and variations to drive conversions
• Work closely with our Content & CRM Director; use AI to move faster

What we're looking for (in priority order)

• Strong video editing (Premiere / After Effects / Final Cut: your core craft)
• Strong graphic design (Photoshop / Figma / Canva)
• Most important: proven experience using those skills to create creative for marketing & customer acquisition — you understand how creative drives performance, and you’re not just a designer or artist
• Professional English + you can explain the "why" behind your creative decisions
