Conexwest is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor who can turn ideas and raw footage into engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

You will edit high-quality videos with dynamic hooks, captions, overlays, music, and transitions, and you’ll help build a consistent brand voice across channels. This full-time remote contractor role offers collaboration with a fast-moving team and flexible deadlines.

Qualificações

• Proven experience creating Reels, TikToks and short-form video content.
• Strong editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Storytelling, pacing, visual composition and audience retention skills.
• Ability to turn a basic idea or raw footage into engaging content.
• Creative and proactive approach with strong English communication.
• Reliable and comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple pieces of content simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Review engagement and content performance to continuously improve results.

We are looking for a creative, energetic Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor who knows how to turn ideas, raw footage, and everyday business moments into engaging social media content.

This is a hands-on creative role. We need someone who can create high-quality Instagram Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos with dynamic editing, strong hooks, text overlays, music, transitions, and storytelling that keeps people watching.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience creating Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and audience retention
• Ability to take a basic idea or raw footage and turn it into engaging content
• Creative and proactive — you bring ideas rather than waiting for detailed instructions
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable and comfortable working remotely
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple pieces of content simultaneously

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid video editing test using the same raw footage and creative brief.

The test will help us evaluate your:

• Creativity and storytelling
• First 3-second hook
• Editing and pacing
• Captions and visual elements
• Music and sound selection
• Ability to follow a creative reference while bringing your own ideas

Compensation

$1,500–$2,000 USD per month, depending on your experience, portfolio, and demonstrated video/content creation skills.

This is a full-time remote contractor opportunity.
