We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Voice & Unified Communications Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise collaboration and voice solutions. This role will focus on modernizing communication environments through Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Voice, Direct Routing, PSTN integrations, and conferencing technologies, while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing Unified Communications environments and design future-state Microsoft Teams solutions.
• Implement and support Microsoft Teams Phone, Enterprise Voice, Direct Routing, SIP Trunks, and PSTN integrations.
• Configure and troubleshoot dial plans, voice routing, call queues, auto attendants, conferencing solutions, and Teams devices.
• Lead migration projects from legacy PBX systems to Microsoft Teams Voice.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Develop automation and operational improvements using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Support Teams Rooms environments and AV technologies, ensuring seamless meeting and collaboration experiences.
• Monitor service performance, analyze call quality, and recommend improvements using reporting and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support large-scale virtual events, webcasts, and enterprise conferencing services.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Enterprise Voice, Direct Routing, and Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
• Experience with SBCs, AudioCodes, Ribbon/Sonus Gateways, SIP Trunking, and hosted PSTN services.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including QoS, bandwidth planning, voice resiliency, and conferencing optimization.
• Experience with Active Directory, Certificate Services, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and collaboration devices from vendors such as Poly, Logitech, Neat, and Crestron.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, change management, and SLA-driven support environments.
• Experience working in large enterprise and global environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in remote and international teams.
• Strong project coordination and delivery mindset.
