Join to apply for the Vendedor Externo – Contratação PJ role at Nislley Lara - Terapeuta e Recrutadora.

Location: Residences can be in the following cities: Dourados/MS, Naviraí/MS, Nova Andradina/MS, Ponta Porã/MS, Maracaju/MS, Caarapó/MS, and Amambai/MS.

Salary: R$ 2.200,00 + R$ 800,00 flexible benefits + commission.

Potential income: R$ 11.800 or more (R$ 2.200 fixed + R$ 800 benefits + R$ 8.800 for achieving 100% of the sales target).

Schedule: Business hours - Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Additional info: WellHub; Electricity bill discount; Monthly commission up to R$ 8.800 for hitting 100% of targets; Company cellphone.

Requirements:

  • Own vehicle (car or motorcycle) with active CNH.
  • At least 2 years of experience in direct, consultative, or external sales, preferably in energy, telecom, insurance, or financial services sectors.
  • Proven prospecting skills to identify and approach new clients (condominiums and residents).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills to explain benefits and handle objections.
  • Focus on goals with experience in meeting monthly targets and performance indicators.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar.
  • Availability for external visits.
  • Commercial tenacity, charisma, energy, and enthusiasm in approaches.
  • Discipline to fulfill commitments.
  • Availability for short trips up to 80 km from the city of hiring.

Differentials:

  • Experience in the energy sector, especially solar energy.
  • Experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily door-to-door visits to acquire new clients in Mato Grosso do Sul.
  • Present shared energy solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Negotiate and close sales following company guidelines and values.
  • Ensure quality service and build good relationships with clients.
  • Record visits and sales in the CRM system.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and training with the team.
  • Use own vehicle (car or motorcycle) for routes.
