Nacar is seeking an experienced UX Designer, AI Experiences, to join our Porto Alegre studio. You will craft AI-powered SaaS experiences, focusing on intuitive interfaces and scalable design systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes designing for enterprise AI, building trust through transparency, and leveraging AI throughout the product lifecycle. Hybrid work, flexible hours, and global collaboration are offered.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered products for enterprise or SaaS platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven user experiences and complex workflow design.
• Deep understanding of AI interaction patterns—conversational UX, copilots, intelligent recommendations and automation workflows.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day design workflows to improve speed, quality and efficiency.
• Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes, workflows, user flows, wireframes and production-ready specifications using Figma and AI-powered tools.
• Passion for emerging technologies with a mindset of continuous experimentation with new AI capabilities.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

We're currently looking for a UX Designer, AI Experiences to join our team and help shape the future of AI-powered SaaS experiences — designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces while actively leveraging AI throughout the design and product development process to accelerate innovation, improve quality and deliver user value faster.

-What will your day to day be like?-

You will:

• Design AI-powered user experiences for SaaS platforms — including copilots, agents, intelligent assistants, workflow automation, conversational interfaces and predictive experiences.
• Define interaction patterns that effectively balance human control with AI-generated recommendations and actions.
• Create intuitive experiences that build user trust through transparency, explainability and appropriate feedback mechanisms.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to identify opportunities and improve overall user experience solutions.
• Create detailed design specifications and documentation that facilitate efficient engineering implementation.
• Develop scalable design assets, component definitions and interaction patterns that streamline handoff to development teams.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the design lifecycle — accelerating discovery, ideation, prototyping, content creation, documentation and validation.
• Apply AI-driven workflows to increase design efficiency while maintaining high-quality user experiences.
• Use AI to generate and iterate on wireframes, user flows, design concepts, UX copy and specifications.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools, methodologies and frameworks that improve team productivity.
• Extend and evolve design systems to support emerging AI interaction patterns — defining reusable AI experience patterns, guidelines and best practices.
• Contribute to organisational standards for AI-native product design and advocate for responsible, ethical and user-centered AI experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science and Research teams to deliver industry-leading experiences that seamlessly integrate AI into complex enterprise workflows.
