A Crossell está à procura de um Underwriter para sua equipe de Soluções Corporativas em São Paulo. O profissional será responsável pela interação com clientes e corretores, além de conduzir atividades de underwriting em um ambiente dinâmico. Procuramos alguém com pelo menos 5 anos de experiência e que tenha fortes habilidades interpessoais.

Qualificações

• Requer pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em underwriting focado em contas médias.
• Conhecimento geral de outras disciplinas de seguros como wording de contratos e claims.
• Habilidade de negociação e bom networking no mercado de seguros brasileiro.

Responsabilidades

• Underwriting para novos e existentes clientes.
• Análise e avaliação de submissões de propriedade.
• Visitas a corretores e clientes para construir relacionamentos.

Do you have underwriting Property experience in Middle accounts? Do you have a good relationship with brokers and clients? Then you might be the right person for our Underwriting Corporate Solutions Team!

About the Role:

Based in São Paulo, your role is a mix of underwriting and client interaction – two highly fast paced areas that requires a very flexible approach. You will be contacting clients and brokers directly.

Main tasks/activities are:

• Underwriting for new and existing clients
• Analysis and assess Property submissions in respect of exposure and coverages, prepare quotations, structure programs, and offer proposals for leading or following business
• Broker and client visits for building and fostering relationships
• Develop strategies to adapt position on current accounts and to cross-sell other lines of business in collaboration with sales
• Build and maintain knowledge of Brazil insurance market in respects of wording, insurance law and regulation as well as brokers and competitors

About You:

You've got strong interpersonal skills and communicate well. You're curious- always asking questions and searching for solutions, have collaborative and cross functional skills. New ideas excite you and you're keen explore new experiences. Growth drives you.

• Bachelor's degree required (engineering, administration, economics, etc).
• At least 5 years of underwriting experience, focused on Middle accounts.
• General knowledge of and/or exposure to other insurance disciplines, i.e., contract wording, claims, risk surveys.
• Negotiation skills, good network in Brazilian insurance market.

Nice to Have:

• Good English and Spanish skills.
• Confirmed ability to meet deliverables, implement plans, and conduct analysis.
• Availability for eventual business trips.
