Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a UX Designer to lead the creation of digital experiences that meet user needs while upholding governance standards and design efficiency.

You will develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, align with usability best practices, and collaborate with developers and data teams to ensure effective implementation. You will also foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and continuously study user interactions to optimize the experience.

Qualificações

• Experience translating user needs into design solutions.
