Jobtailor is seeking a UX Designer to craft user-centered digital experiences across the full design lifecycle. You will participate in Discovery, handoff to development, and run Design Thinking sessions with stakeholders, while translating insights into intuitive interfaces.

You will build flows and interactive prototypes in Figma, validate concepts with users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design outcomes with business goals and measurable data.

Qualificações

• Experience in UX research, Discovery, and conducting user studies.
• Experience with Design Thinking.
• Knowledge of Information Architecture and Interaction Design.
• Experience creating prototypes in Figma and using Design Systems.
• Conducting usability tests and validating solutions with users.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Hotjar, Clarity, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
