Kroll is seeking a Treasury professional in Brazil to manage cash flow, wire transfers, and inter-company settlements. The role emphasizes accrual accounting, tax research, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and accounting software.

The successful candidate will track receivables/payables, reconcile treasury accounts, and coordinate bank signor updates, with a focus on accuracy, communication, and cross-functional collaboration within a global advisory environment.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 3 years of treasury experience preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge of accrual basis accounting.
• Demonstrate interest in basic tax research.
• Willingness to participate in multiple areas of tax, including foreign country tax regimes.
• Proven ability to utilize standard business (MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of tax (research and compliance) and accounting software applications a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience writing tax memoranda preferred a plus.
• A self-starter, detail oriented, possess strong quantitative and analytical skills and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Actualize and manage the cash flow file.
• Ensure all cash transfers have appropriate documentation/reasons.
• Compile invoices and provide settlement proposals for approval.
• Initiate wires related to inter-company settlements.
• Track and settle inter-company receivables and payables.
• Prepare account analysis reconciliation for Treasury related accounts.
• Open and close bank accounts.
• Coordinate bank account signor updates with the banks and legal teams.
• Prepare all FBAR filings.
