Freudenberg is seeking a logistics professional to plan and coordinate multi-modal transport operations in the São Paulo region. You will optimize the flow of vehicles and cargo while negotiating rates with carriers and suppliers.

The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and experience with TMS and Excel. English proficiency is a plus, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Familiarity with information technologies applied to transportation.
• Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Management: Plan and coordinate multi-modal transport operations (road, air, sea), optimizing the flow of vehicles and cargo.
• Cost and Timeline Optimization: Identify and develop business opportunities; negotiate freight rates and services with carriers and logistics providers to secure the best commercial and operational terms and ensure freight cost competitiveness.
• Data Analysis and KPIs: Monitor performance indicators (KPIs)—such as delays, costs, and service levels—and propose action plans for continuous improvement. Translate complex data into strategic insights and recommendations for management.
• Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with transport providers (including vendor qualification and periodic evaluation), customers, and internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure supply chain integration.
• Projects and Improvements: Participate in and lead various operational projects, such as implementing new technologies (e.g., TMS - Transport Management Systems) and defining or modifying transport policies.
• Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all operations comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding cargo transport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Familiarity with information technologies applied to transportation.
• Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
