  • ITIL V3 Foundations certification (advanced certifications preferred).
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, JavaScript, Web Services.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard ITSM tools and infrastructure concepts.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of information management, security, and data protection.
Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, Administrator; ITIL Foundations (advanced certifications preferred).
