OMODA & JAECOO Brasil, part of the Chery Group, is seeking a Training Programs Lead to plan, implement and coordinate dealership training and to control the Training area budget in the São Paulo region.

You will monitor the effectiveness of training, define strategies for New Product Training for Sales and After Sales teams, and manage enrollment, scheduling and resources to support performance.

Qualificações

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Experience with training path implementation
• Good interpersonal communication

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and assess training programme effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing and coordinating training programs for the dealership and control the Training area Budget;
• Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes;
• Defining strategies and implementing New Product Training for Sales and After Sales dealers' staff
• Managing employee enrollment for training, schedule training sessions and organising the resources to facilitate training programmes

Requirements

• Graduation in Business or Engineering;
• Experience with training planning (Sales, After Sales and Product Lauching and automotive technologies);
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel and PowerPoint);
• Interpersonal Relationships and leadership skills;
• Intermediate English knowledge;
• Experience implementing training paths
