OMODA & Jaecoo Brasil seeks a proactive business professional to support the dealer network strategy. You will help define showroom standards, coordinate setup approvals, and analyze dealer performance to improve profitability and market coverage.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver training to the dealer network, and assist in branding assets and showroom materials. Fluency in English is a plus for global collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in Business, Accounting or Economics.
• 5+ years experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of dealer performance programs.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Fluent English is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the annual dealer network plan
• Assist in defining showroom standards and coordinating construction and final approvals
• Conduct breakeven and performance analyses of the dealer network

• Help deliver sales and product training to the dealer network

Requirements

• Graduation in Business, Accounting or Economy;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel and PowerPoint);
• Experience (min. 5 yrs) in Automotive industry;
• Knowledge in management of dealer performance program
• Interpersonal Relationships and leadership skills;
• Fluent in English is a plus
