99 is seeking a Learning & Development specialist to oversee onboarding of partner restaurants and ensure educational excellence across the operation. You will design, update, and deliver training content, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and measure impact through assessments and NPS.

You will translate complex rules into clear materials, run both in-person and remote sessions for large groups, and drive continuous improvement in training programs to boost quality and partner success.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in Training and Development (L&D), preferably in high-volume operations.
• Ability to translate complex business rules into clear, engaging educational materials.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and facilitation skills for in-person and remote training sessions for large groups.
• Analytical mindset to track training KPIs and connect results to the operation's quality metrics.

• Analyze learning outcomes, measuring training effectiveness through assessment tests and tracking NPS with both operational and commercial teams.

About The Team/role

Our team is responsible for orchestrating the onboarding of our partner restaurants, ensuring operational excellence, legal compliance, and the highest quality before partners go live on the platform. The operation relies on a robust structure of agents and squads focused on different topics. In this position, you will act as the central hub for Learning & Development, serving as the focal point for all educational initiatives within the operation. Your role will be to ensure that the technical knowledge of the operations teams is always up-to-date, aligned with our quality standards, and prepared to deliver the best experience.

In this role, you'll be...

• Responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding of new talent, ensuring continuous support and monitoring during their first days
• In charge of structuring and updating training modules whenever there are rule changes or the rollout of new operational processes
• Responsible for conducting knowledge refreshers, organizing training review session focused on the operation's main pain points and complex topics.
• A creator of educational materials, actively producing and distributing relevant content to engage and inform the team
• An analyst of learning outcomes, measuring training effectiveness through assessment tests and tracking NPS with both operational and commercial teams.

• The ability to translate complex business rules into clear, accessible, and engaging educational materials.

• An analytical mindset to track training KPIs (assessment pass rates, content engagement, and NPS) and connect these results to the operation's overall quality metrics.
