Super is hiring a Prematch Trading Ops Specialist to ensure accuracy and efficiency of our sportsbook offerings across markets. You will conduct data validation, input event results, settle markets, and resolve discrepancies while collaborating with the offers team.

The role requires fluent English and native-level Portuguese (Brazil), strong analytical skills, and experience with sportsbook platforms such as Bet Radar.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting thorough research and validation of entity data using both internal and external data sources.
• Accurately input event results into our system to ensure timely client payouts.
• Promptly and accurately settle markets and resolve discrepancies as required.
• Engage in the manual resettlement of events due to discrepancies between provided feeds and our internal rules.
• Address customer service inquiries and resolve issues independently or in collaboration with senior staff and the offer team.
• Generate incident reports for potential regulatory complaints and provide additional information as needed.
• Proactively communicate with the offer team about customer requests for adding events or special markets.
• Conduct regular checks and manage sports fixtures across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and synchronization with associated data feeds.
• Monitor and adjust pre-match feeds, templates, and print offerings to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Work closely with providers and developers to manage and resolve fixture-related issues.
• Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of event information, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all relevant sports events.
