We are seeking an experienced Time Management Implementation Lead to drive the successful implementation of our global time-capture cloud solution. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in leading end-to-end implementations of back-office systems, ideally ERP and/or HR platforms, and managing large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Transformation Manager, Program Manager, or Implementation Lead, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex stakeholder environments, and deliver enterprise-wide technology transformations.

Location: Remote – Candidates from anywhere in Brazil

Role Summary

The Implementation Leader is responsible for delivering our time-capture cloud solution to member firms in alignment with Global IT processes and governance, ensuring successful project execution and operational excellence.

This individual will support Business Programme Leaders throughout the solution lifecycle and collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical and Development teams, and Service Operations. The role serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during implementation activities, including workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-e nd implementation and deployment of time management solutions.
• Deliver technology transformation and change management initiatives across business and IT functions.
• Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution review meetings.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, PMO, Communications, Change Management, and Portfolio Management teams.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Drive adoption, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project performance, service delivery, and implementation milestones.
• Support governance processes and compliance with Global IT standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and global stakeholders, including IT, Human Capital, and Finance leaders.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities while driving effective resolution plans.
• Promote a customer-centric approach to service delivery and user experience.

Basic Qualifications

Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience leading IT transformation initiatives, technology implementations, operational improvements, and policy-driven programs.
