Position Summary: We're looking for a passionate Textile Graphic Designer to bring fresh, imaginative ideas to our kids’ clothing collections. In this role, you’ll craft original seasonal prints and graphics that are playful, trend-forward, and brand-aligned—from the first sketch to final production. If you're inspired by color, creativity, and kids' fashion, this is your canvas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the fashion industry, specializing in kids wear print design.
• Strong understanding of licensed apparel and working with brand guidelines.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills:

• Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for textile and graphic design.
• Skilled in creating seamless repeat patterns and technical drawings.
• In-depth knowledge of print techniques (screen, rotary, digital).
• Capable of producing accurate, production-ready artwork and color specs.

To ensure you can perform your tasks effectively, please confirm your computer meets these minimum system requirements:

• Processor: Intel Core i5 (7th Gen or newer), i7 (7th Gen or newer), or i3 (11th Gen or newer); or AMD Ryzen 5 (4th Gen or newer) or Ryzen 7 (4th Gen or newer).
• Memory (RAM): 16GB DDR4 (ideally DDR5).
• Storage: 512GB NVMe SSD (ideally 1TB Gen 4).
• Graphics: Integrated Intel Iris Xe / AMD Radeon Vega or dedicated NVIDIA GTX 1650 / RTX 3050 or AMD Radeon RX 6600M.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Creative thinker with the ability to interpret trends and translate them into unique kids wear designs.
• Strong organization and time management; thrives on deadlines.
• Adaptable, with a willingness to learn new styles, processes, and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design unique, brand-right prints and graphics for seasonal kids’ collections.
• Translate creative direction and trend research into production-ready artwork.
• Balance hand sketching and digital techniques to bring ideas to life.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet design goals and timelines.

• Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
