Job Description

Serving on the Global Marketing Creative Department, the Video Editor and Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality videos and graphics that effectively communicate our brand message, enhance our marketing efforts, and captivate our target audience. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for visual storytelling, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to create engaging multimedia content.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging videos.
• Create visually appealing graphics and motion graphics for various media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, functional business groups and creative teams to develop visual concepts and strategies.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
• Maintain organized archives of video and graphic assets for easy retrieval.
• Apply a strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and branding principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance creativity, value, and efficiency, which is a plus.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Design.
• Have 7+ years of experience in multi-video, video, and motion graphic design.
• Are proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and branding principles.
• Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Have a passion for and experience with AI tools for creativity and efficiency, which is a plus.

Experience with the following is a plus:

• ASANA or other Project Management Systems.
• Figma
• Frame.io
• Runway
